Return Policy
You may return an item after 14 days of purchase or less only if it arrives defective. You must contact the BW Science Labs Store and let us know ahead of time what part(s) arrived defective, we will respond via email with the address to mail the defective part(s) to. You must mail the defective part(s) at your own expense.
